Okay, so all of you DFW people who haven't heard about this yet, get your booties over to the new mailing list for the soon-to-be chapter of of DFW International Costumers Guild. fieryredhead is my new hero for taking charge and getting the ball rolling for us to start our very own group. You only need 6 people to start a chapter, and there are already 9 on the list... and we are totally gung-ho about making this happen.

You have to submit a request to join the yahoo list, but that's just to keep spammers out. It's open to everybody who might be interested, so tell all your friends and let's see how much interest we can drum up!

I don't think any of us have hashed out the details on how to handle long-distance members, but I don't don't see why that would be a problem! We could always just send out minutes from the meetings to anybody who lived too far away, and then maybe you could drive up for an event sometime if anything suited your fancy.
