everybody loves a theme!

Okay, so nuranar, bonatirer, and I are all talking about wearing 1860's gowns to the VE show in September. I know how much costumers love a themed gathering, so I just wanted to put the word out in case anybody else in the area wanted an excuse to make an 1860's something or other. We'll never fit into the booths, but we sure will look pretty walking around!!

how cool! and yeah I'm wondering how the super 1880s bustle with the salmon plaid dress will fit in the booth. I can't imagine trying to get hoops in them!

*chortle* At least I'll have a smaller cage by then! Two, actually, if all goes well. The 108" it'll probably have to be for day sizes. The 90" is very small indeed, for working and active wear, so it shouldn't be much of a booth-browsing impediment. But that wouldn't be so 1860s, would it?

We'll have to find a park or something to take pictures at, too!

Yes, definitely! I'm sure we can find a spot for some good photos close by. I'm really looking forward to this! :)
