For any of you in the DFW area who enjoy 19th or early 20th c. costuming - I just updated the guild website with info about an upcoming event in September. (Just click on my nifty new banner if you want more details:)

You still have 3 months to make something for it - that's plenty of time!!! They are doing a tea tasting this year as part of the programing, so I'd love to have a whole gaggle of us DFWCG folks there in costume to have tea together. If you haven't been to that show before, it is always a ton of fun, and the people there really love to see any attempt at costumes - whether that's just a cool vintage hat, Victorian-lite, or full-blown ball gowns. It all fits in well at this sort of show.
